Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 13.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
TaxSaleMap offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. The applicable price, billing period (such as monthly or annual), and any free trial are disclosed to you at the time of purchase. If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the then-current price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. Web payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and RevenueCat); purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those platforms under their terms. You may cancel at any time: web subscribers can cancel through the in-app “Manage Subscription” option, and App Store or Google Play subscribers must cancel through their device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
