Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 06/08/2026

TaxSaleMap is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices and the limited information we collect.

Information We Collect

At TaxSaleMap, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect your name, email address, or phone number solely for the purposes of user authentication and to notify you of important updates regarding your account, and we do not sell this information. We do not collect your physical location, property information, or personal details about your state or county of residence. However, we do collect information about the states, counties, and parcels you interact with in our app, and this data is used to improve our services, enhance user experience, and may also be used for marketing and sales purposes. By using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Payment and Subscription Information

When you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store your full payment card details—these are handled directly by the payment processor. We may receive limited information such as your subscription status, plan, and transaction history in order to provide and manage your subscription.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the app, including Google Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe and RevenueCat (subscription and payment processing), and Google Maps (mapping and location display within the app). These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms’ privacy practices.

Your Rights and Choices

You may access or permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app (More → Account Management → Delete Account), or by contacting us. We do not sell your personal information. When you delete your account, your personal data (account/login, feedback, and login history) is deleted, while your usage activity (the states, counties, and parcels you searched) is anonymized — stripped of any link to you — and may be retained in aggregate for analytics and product improvement. Limited billing records are retained by our payment processors as required by law. See our account deletion page for details.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Any changes to our privacy practices will be immediately posted here. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about updates.
